Every gauge features Aeroel’s patented ‘NO-VAR’ active thermal compensation which ensures correct diameter measurement in any condition, as well as built-in references to further guarantee enduring performance and remove the need to remaster the gauge for varying product size.

Gauges for online and offline laser measurement

Online Gauges: Aeroel gauges can be used for online laser measurement to control or supervise a production line, identify out-of-tolerance parts, identify defects or trigger alarms. The superior accuracy and reliability of the gauges allows our customers to work close to bottom tolerance to make material savings, with no loss in confidence.

Offline Gauges: Aeroel gauges can also be used off the production line in many ways, from quick diameter checks to complete component mapping including lengths, diameters, run-out, concentricity, cutting diameter and more.

Gauges can be programmed through various operator-friendly display and interface panels, by connection to a simple web browser utility, or via a plug-in for Excel spreadsheets which allows simultaneous recording and display of data in real time.
