XtrAlign FD Lasers
Stainless steel housing, red line, fixfocus, entry-level model for XtrAlign family
Designed for use in the most demanding of industrial situations, the FD series XtrAlign lasers are incredibly accurate, durable and exceptionally precise. This particular laser was created specifically to be used in some of the most hostile and demanding of industrial environments. It is often used for applications such as concrete and stone masonry, tyre manufacturing and automotive, plastics manufacturing, metalworks and the food industry.
As the XtrAlign FD diode lasers are purposefully intended for use in rough industrial environments, they have a tough stainless steel waterproof housing which protects the laser diode, electronic circuitry and precision optics from the elements.
The XtrAlign FD laser is typically called into play for projection of line requirements, such as displaying lines for cutting, folding or affixing of materials or edges for positioning and alignment purposes.
The XtrAlign FD laser is just one of a series of lasers we offer from manufacturer LAP Laser. If you’re looking for other lasers for tasks other than projection, please get in touch with us or browse our product range. The Datasheet is available to download.

Precise Laser Lines
The bright red lines of LAP XtrAlign FD lasers always have a good visibility. Up to 30 mW laser power illuminate even long lines. The straightness of the line has a maximum deviation of 0.05 mm/m.
Virtually Unbreakable
IK10 is the highest rating to define the resistance to impacts by kinetic energy. XtrAlign lasers have to withstand the impact of a 5 kg steel free fall hammer. 5 times. Tough enough?
Dust & Waterproof
You need lasers for use in the desert or offshore ? Try LAP XtrAlign series. The enclosure rating is IP67. One restriction only: obviously you have to keep the beam exit clean.
