This custom-built Proscan Magnum is mounted on a massive 10-tonne granite base, ensuring exceptional stability against temperature fluctuations, vibration, and movement.

Shippers take care loading Magnum into its crate
Designed as an offline, non-contact measurement system, the Proscan Magnum excels at identifying production issues. When metal is rolled, residual shapes often form. By laying a sample strip on the flat surface table, the system scans for center and edge buckles. The Proscan Magnum measures and quantifies these shapes, providing precise readings of wave height, waves per meter, and I-units, the industry standard for flatness measurement.
This system is on its way to one of the world’s largest metal producers in India.
